How do I update my KeyShot for IronCAD license?

If you have upgraded to a new release of KeyShot and installed it but get a "Demo Mode" license you need to re-register your IronCAD software with your latest IronCAD Serial number and code words using the IronCAD License Management tool found in the IronCAD folder.

"KeyShot for IronCAD" uses the base IronCAD software as the host license.

Once you re-register your IronCAD any add-ons you have updated with be properly activated.

  • Uninstall KeyShot.
  •   Delete either of these folders:

              C:\Users\Public\Documents\KeyShot X

              and/or

             C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\KeyShot X

  • Re-install KeyShot

This should reset the mechanism that connects the IronCAD KeyShot license to KeyShot itself.
