How (and why) do I delete my IronCAD XML Files?

Deleting your IronCAD XML files is the first attempt we use to repair any sort of graphical interface issues you may be experiencing in IronCAD such as toolbars missing, graphics acting weird etc. NOTE: Always keep a backup of your custom XML files you may have created prior to deleting these so you can replace if necessary.

Close IronCAD and delete all the XML files in:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\IronCAD\IRONCAD\24.0\en-us\Customization

If that doesn't help, reset the IronCAD Settings:
Close IronCAD
Run Regedit.exe
Delete:  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\IronCAD\IRONCAD 24.0

Once you start IronCAD, a new set of XML files will be created automatically

Still not working, try uninstalling and reinstalling IronCAD.

--------------
*** 24.0 refers the IronCAD version you have installed. 24.0 is IronCAD 2022 as reference. Just replace 24.0 with the version you want to edit.
